- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
- Experience building programs for channel partners, systems integrators or resellers in public sector.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a business environment working either as an operations contributor or in a program management capacity supporting Government and Education customers.
- Experience orchestrating across a diverse set of stakeholders and project managing complex work streams through to completion.
- Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.
