Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with Google Ads campaigns best practices (campaign set up and optimization) and measurement set ups (conversion tracking and attribution).
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and tracking requirements for app performance.
Excellent investigative mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence priorities.
