Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including PET, SPECT, and Cyclotron technologies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align on product goals and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Develop strong relationships with industry experts, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance targets.
  • Manage product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Analyze product profitability and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Work with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the product portfolio.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends that could enhance the product offering.
  • Encourage and support the development of new ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Product Management & Product Manager. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
