Manage user manual/information on how to use the system
Perform training tovarious functions on new roll outs and functionality changes
Business point of contactfor users for day-to-day queries and adoption

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Science inIndustrial Engineering, evidence of exceptional experience in related fields,or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3+ year ofexperience in a quality or quality system role
Knowledge of qualitysystem industry standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or AIAG
Preferred: Projectmanagement experience
The ability to workindependently as well as collaborate well across diverse functional groups
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of thedata and systems
Demonstrated track recordof taking initiative and delivering results
Adaptability and awillingness to learn and grow
Comfortable with makingdecisions with incomplete information
Proficiency in qualitytools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control) orcertification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is aplus
