What You’ll Do

• Develop and own the strategic roadmap for key financial partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders — including Treasury, Finance, Product, and Business Development — to execute on partnership initiatives.
• Guide partnership structures and opportunities, while collaborating with business development and legal teams on execution.
• Act as the internal champion for partners, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or relationship management within financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive presence, with experience influencing internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with the financial ecosystem, including banks, payments providers, and fintechs.
• Experience setting long-term partnership strategies and aligning them with broader business and financial objectives.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product to drive initiatives forward.
• A strategic, relationship-first mindset with a focus on delivering mutual value and long-term impact.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year.
