As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the CMO’s administrative needs and help with team-wide initiatives and projects. You’ll be asked to manage the cadence and execution of organization-wide meeting and have the opportunity to work on a number of marketing projects across Awareness Marketing, Demand Generation, Event Marketing, and Digital Marketing. It’s a fast-paced environment driven to excellence through innovation and fresh thinking.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Work with CMO and Head of Operations on marketing organization meetings and cadence
  • Engage with marketing team leads to manage project timelines
  • Own the marketing programs and events calendar with monthly updates and socialization
  • Help, and at times, act as the CMO proxy for administrative elements including calendar management (setting and tracking meetings and events), travel and expenses, and leadership communications
  • Act as HR communications touchpoint for the marketing organization to engage, excite, and activate marketing employees
  • Lead or participate in special projects with teams around the world
will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate environment
