• Extensive Systems Engineering Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems software engineering, with a strong understanding of computer architecture and core computer science fundamentals.
• Programming Proficiency: Expertise in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go, Python.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving approach, with deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.

• Experience with ML Platforms: Prior experience working on machine learning platforms or ML products.
• ML/AI/LLM Expertise: Skills in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or large language models (LLMs).
• High-Load Distributed Systems: Experience working on high-load distributed systems.
• Data Pipeline Experience: Experience working on data pipelines using technologies like Spark or similar tech stacks.
