Minimum Qualifications
  • 20+ years in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment.
  • 15+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing geography marketing teams and at least 5+ including senior level individual contributors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in worldwide strategic marketing and editorial across the Retail sector.
  • Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects, delivering on important metrics to drive impact for the company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact.
  • Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and crafting memorable content and programs across audiences.
  • Deep understanding of geography dynamics, consumer behaviors and competitive marketing landscapes. Able to use these insights to make informed, strategic decisions, anticipate market trends and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Experience managing creative production teams, specifically video, but also editorial, social media, audio and multi-media.
  • Experience across a variety of content production budgets and schedules. Proven ability to stay on budget and within schedule.
  • Experience working across geography and WW teams with successful outcomes for both regional and WW goals.
  • An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent. A phenomenal teammate who leads from the front and will be the champion for doing what’s right.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $242,300 and $388,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
