Demonstrated experience building scalable pipelines and adapting strategies to meet dynamic hiring needs.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with agility, discretion, and integrity in high-stakes environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience leading global recruiting efforts and understanding international labor markets.
Proven experience partnering with large, cross-functional and global People organizations to align talent strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
