This role reports to the Director, SAP Platform Initiatives Lead.

As the SAP Platform Initiatives Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Initiative Planning and Strategy
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate and build deep connections with influential stakeholders both within and outside the Platform Team. Seek out their valuable input, understand their unique impacts, and champion their requirements. Be the driving force behind fostering alignment with business objectives and ensuring maximum stakeholder satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective communication.
• Initiative Management: Take charge of shaping and executing an comprehensive project plan that will ensure the successful implementation of SAP Platform initiatives. Empower and inspire the team through clear and concise task assignment, fostering a shared understanding of deliverables and milestones. Facilitate a seamless execution process, resolving challenges promptly, and celebrating the triumph of successful delivery.
• Risk Management: Embrace challenges head-on by identifying potential risks associated with process improvements and transformative changes. Channel your creativity and ingenuity to develop cutting-edge mitigation strategies and robust contingency plans. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, managing expectations transparently while inspiring confidence in our ability to overcome any obstacle.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among the SAP Platform team and the dedicated teams working on SAP Platform initiatives. Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging the fearless adoption of innovative tools and technologies that will propel our journey of continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Revolutionize the way we approach our work by spearheading the establishment of a standardized process for the SAP Platform Team. Drive the adoption of enterprise standards that will elevate our operations to unprecedented heights. Required Qualifications:

• SAP Platform Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP's platforms, products, and offerings. They should be familiar with the current processes and tools used to support, maintain, and change the SAP Platform.
• 5+ years of IT business solutions deployment experience (SAP experience preferred)
• Experience working with SAP Migrations
• Proven record of excellent performance
• Proficiency with project management tools and methods
• Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with team leadership, clients, peers and team members
• Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Sciences Industry experience
• 2+ years working with SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Knowledge of lean process and service attributes
