Description
The position reports to Latin America Demand Generation Controller and requires extensive financial modeling, critical thinking, market analytics, competitive assessment, reporting and consolidation skills. You will partner with the Latin America Sales & Finance Management teams to drive overall company objectives, including and not limited to:Partner with Sales leaders to develop and deploy deals that will drive better consumer offers and will improve profitable sell through performance.Drive flawless end-to-end demand generation execution, leverage findings for continuous improvements on processes and forecast accuracy and share best practices with Finance and Sales partners. Analyze and understand how different demand generation investment strategies perform and drive recommendations for growth.Ensure that channel partners are compliant with their relevant approved terms and conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, high growth environment in a Sales Finance role (or similar) with financial modeling, market analytics, competitive assessment, reporting and consolidation
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Experience in SQL/Tableau
  • Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to analyze information objectively and make reasoned judgment aligned with strategic goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Capacity to collaborate with a diverse group of partners and build partnerships to drive positive business results
  • Business, Finance, Accounting or Engineering Degree
  • MBA in a related field
  • Spanish and Portuguese proficiency
