In this Role You Will:
- Gain an understanding of the Wells Fargo organizational structure as well as workplace policies and procedures.
- Attend program training, workshops, networking, or other events and complete self-study assignments, as appropriate.
- Perform a variety of administrative, transactional, operational, or stakeholder support tasks to build your knowledge, professional, and technical skills within your designated functional group.
- Experience continuous opportunities to ask questions and understand how your individual work contributes to team objectives and broader projects.
- Receive regular direction from your manager and participate in projects that allow you to interact with immediate team members and other experienced professionals.
Fall 2025 – Spring 2026, part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants must be actively enrolled at Central Piedmont Early College and will need to receive approval from school leadership to participate in this Apprenticeship cohort.
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be currently pursuing a high school diploma with an expected graduation of Spring 2026 – Spring 2027
- Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growing
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
