Your Impact

Prepare and Configure Equipment:

  • Return equipment to factory default, securely removing all previous customer data.
  • Physically build and configure new equipment, including installing interfaces and cards as needed.
  • Stage equipment for customer requests with the correct software, licenses, and configuration files.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems with the status of customer evaluation requests.
  • Conduct semi-annual physical inventory audits.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs is required.

Compliance and Support:

  • Perform trade compliance screenings for non-US customers and partners against denied party lists and sanctions.
  • Troubleshoot activation or licensing failures.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with sales teams regarding evaluation request status via email and our EVAL Tracking Tool (Salesforce).
  • Escalate issues to management as appropriate.

Your Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical or operational role such as systems engineering, logistics management, critical supply chain, or software development.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.

  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with automation scripting using Python and within Google Business Suite is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or a similar engineering discipline.

  • Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications are strongly encouraged

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $102000 - $141000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
