As a Project Manager you’ll lead project design engineering efforts, provide staff oversight, ensure quality control, and assist clients with innovative solutions for a variety of projects and project types. You will be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. You’ll support our client development efforts through proposal preparation and sales pursuits for stormwater projects throughout the region. Other business development related roles will include helping identify new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's stormwater engineering services. You’ll develop and maintain relationships with clients, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. This position will be based out of our Spokane, WA office, but could lead projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Washington State.
• At least 15 to 20 years of professional experience in storm water engineering and related experience.
• Proven experience designing and leading small to large Stormwater projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, model development and analysis, studies, proposals and/or reports.
• Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
• Master’s degree in fields listed above.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Local candidates with strong network among local municipalities or other water resources clients in the region.
