As a Credit and Emerging Market Operations - Associate in the Taiwan teams, you will support Credit and Emerging Market operations transaction business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support document management and transaction related process for products across FX, Derivatives, FI (Fixed Income), MM (Money Market) & Money Desk fund transfer.
- Communicate with stakeholders to drive and deliver changes.
- Liaise with various onshore and offshore counterparties to ensure a smooth execution of the daily transaction, project delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage project documentations and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance
- Perform regular updates and communication to the stakeholders on daily process and ongoing projects
- Monitor the status of daily Local currency settlement LRR (Local Regulatory Report) reporting
- Work with Operations teams across Taiwan to gather and document business requirements
- Manage documentations including review, index, inventory, destruction and other documentation processes.
- Provide operational support to supply audit / compliance / regulator with query handling, documentation, analysis as required.
- Handle team management responsibilities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- University graduated with banking related working experience
- License: Taiwan Senior Securities Specialist License/Financial Markets and Professional Ethics
- Fluent English writing and speaking ability
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
- Good interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to assimilate broad-ranging information quickly and to distill it into key points, while communicating clearly
