Proven sales and negotiation experience in a technology company
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND proven sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.

Effectively turn prospects, qualified digital leads and accounts in your territory into opportunities and revenue pipeline and engage with customers across industries.
Meet or Exceed Revenue Targets, Maintaining Sales Hygiene (pipeline management and accureate forecasting) & Deal Excellence
Build pipe by leading with industry, using digital signals & insights to prospect, network, identify, engage & nurture with right BDMs, align & gain account team commitment, plug into cross solution sales motions.
Create and present territory/solution plans and results to management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives.
Own Customer Sales Cycles end to end, leveraging appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction & deal success.
Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios.
Work as One Microsoft
Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment with field specialists, technical resources, and partner teams to effectively manage customer opportunities, deliver connected customer experiences, achieve customer outcomes with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies, and accelerate value across the customer lifecycle.
Engage with Partner(s)- leverage and scale through aligning early with priority co-sell partners and ISVs.
