As anhere at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be accountable for inspecting and testing components, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet the required standards. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will contribute to the success of our organization.You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location.In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. Your inspections and tests will help identify any defects or deviations, allowing us to take corrective actions and maintain customer satisfaction.• Perform inspections and tests on components, materials, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Document and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
SALARY REQUIREMENTS
The hourly range for this position is $50,300 ($24.18/Hr.) - $75,400 ($36.25/Hr.) Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE- At least 1 year reading technical data and specifications in a work-related environment
- Prior Quality Inspection experience of 2 years or more
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning, and Tolerancing
- Familiarity with the FAIR process
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
