Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption, proactively addressing merchant needs while providing engineering and onboarding support as required.

Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively addressing risks and opportunities to enhance merchant success.

Independently manage territory planning, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasting, driving consistent pipeline growth and strategic deal execution.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in sales, ideally within payments, fintech, technology, or financial services, with a strong focus on Mid-Market SMB Growth merchants.

Deep understanding of e-commerce, merchant services, and payment solutions, particularly in driving adoption of digital payments and optimizing revenue growth.

Proven success managing high-volume, high-value growth accounts, consistently achieving sales quotas through retention, upsell, cross-sell, and strategic account planning.

Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving merchant needs to inform strategic initiatives.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, AI Tools) for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and tracking sales activities with precision.

Self-driven, dedicated and motivated individual who can drive revenue growth, while creating the basis of long-term client relationships.
