You have 10+ years software development experience. You have a mastery of object-oriented design and design patterns, and programming skills.
You have 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
You have a MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
You have used big data technologies (i.e. Spark/MapReduce/Hadoop, etc.) at one point in your career, and have built web-scale data pipelines.
You have used SQL and reporting tools at one point in your career, and are analytically savvy.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $360,000 - $920,000.
