Design and iterate on web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences within an established design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Partner closely with web engineering to hand off designs, provide specifications, and QA implemented pages for pixel-perfect execution and optimized web experience.
Build and maintain Gong’s design system in Figma, ensuring component libraries are consistent, usable, and easily adopted by the broader team.
Translate marketing and campaign needs into engaging, user-friendly web designs optimized for conversion and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including marketing, product marketing, and demand gen—to create seamless end-to-end digital journeys.
Stay current on web design best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging tools/technologies to continuously improve Gong’s web presence.
QUALIFICATIONS
4-6 years of web design experience with a preference in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Figma (including component libraries, auto-layout, and design systems).
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web usability best practices.
Experience working closely with web developers, including creating design specifications and participating in QA/review cycles.
Familiarity with web CMS platforms (experience with headless CMS or enterprise CMS is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for supporting assets.
Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
Bonus: Experience with light animation/motion for web using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
