You’ll join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team, helping to support

  • Resource management:Overseeing both ESS teams, ensuring they’re meeting the firm initiatives and goals, proactively responding to changing business needs, as well as assuring team members have the necessary tools and skills required.
  • Staff performance & development: Meet team members on regular basis to discuss feedback from various sources, celebrate accomplishments and development opportunities, while also ensuring staff members feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
  • Promote process improvement & change management: Promote operational excellence by challenging current practices, encouraging and supporting innovative ideas and solutions to drive efficiencies, while at the same time implementing effective change management processes.
  • Staffing: Responsible for leading staffing efforts to build high performing teams, including management of recruiting process
  • Develop & maintain working relationships: Build trust relationships across EY, with building management and security, as well as with our vendors.
  • Facilities:Oversee maintenance and improvements of office space, drive facility knowledge to the Workplace Services team and office on policies, procedures and standards. Effectively manage costs and look for opportunities to reduce costs
  • Office Security & Safety: Assist with office security matters, lead the Occupational Health & Safety Committee, participate in local emergency response teams & initiatives.
  • Project/Committee Work: Participate on national committees and project teams as needed.

  • proven ability to learn customized software/tools.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Supervisory experience
  • Professional services firm experience

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $68,000 to $102,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
