Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support for the Service-Deployment daily tasks.
- Vendor’s management and relations maintenance (for high tech providers).
- Standardization of new protocols and procedures to ensure success and scalability.
- Content creation that supports our field organization and the service deployment needs.
- Launch and growth-strategy-design with the ExpertLink team for the service.
- Connect with key stakeholders within the organization to present the initiative and gather their feedback and development needs.
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Graduated in a Bachelor´s or Master's, in Engineering, Science or related.
- High level of English (B2+ or above) and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Team player.
- Agility to work in a fast progressing and continuously changing environment.
- Problem solving and methodical mindset.
- Communication Skills.
- Time management skills, capability to self-organize and work independently.
- Think Scalable. Ability to develop solutions that work for most.
