As a Summer Analyst in the ASIA Analyst Development Program, you will have an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. This 9-week program — a talent pipeline for our full-time rotational Asia Analyst Development Program — is specifically designed to develop a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders of the firm for our ASEAN franchise. The program will expose you to both revenue and non-revenue generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles. This means you get a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank to gain insights into how our businesses come together and deliver value for our clients.
As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm in 2026.
Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Pursuing a degree qualification with an expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026
- A well rounded academic background
- Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever changing environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Enthusiasm for financial services or financial industry with an open mind to learn all functions in a financial institution, with no particular preference
- Fluent in English as we are a global company whose primary business language is English
- Knowledge of Thai is essential
