Bachelors and/or Masters in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation with increasing responsibility
6+ years of experience in team management or leadership
Strong understanding of data and infrastructure is required to support different supply chain models
A deep understanding of ODM/JDM/CM supply chain & manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry
Interpersonal and project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
Hands on experience with production line issues and solutions.
Experience with digital/cloud transformation in manufacturing and proficient with analysis of manufacturing data.
