- Develop and execute on strategies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals

- Accelerate manufacturing footprint expansion to enhance supply chain flexibility and meeting the dynamic needs of customers
- Design and implement standard processes for inventory management, supply planning, procurement and production management
- Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce lead-times and enhance product quality and reliability
- Drive Automation, Data & AI initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain to enhance real-time visibility throughout end-end supply chain
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination in supporting product life cycle and revenue operations

- Bachelors and/or Masters in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation with increasing responsibility
- 6+ years of experience in team management or leadership
- Strong understanding of data and infrastructure is required to support different supply chain models
- A deep understanding of ODM/JDM/CM supply chain & manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry
- Interpersonal and project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Hands on experience with production line issues and solutions.
- Experience with digital/cloud transformation in manufacturing and proficient with analysis of manufacturing data.
- Able to travel up to 20%, primarily to Asia
