Has strong partnership with HK/TW channels, with familiarity in HK/TW business
Track record of HK/TW GTM plan, sales delivery and execution.
Retail partner account management with proven business operational excellence and sales results.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders on plan execution, SKU assortment portfolio, and promotional activities.
Negotiate and execute programs and promotions with distributors, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Facilitate distributor relationships with Microsoft Supply Chain and Operations to ensure order book quality and forecasting accuracy.
Lead cross-team collaboration to support distributors, sharing business plans and driving actions internally.
Identify opportunities for distributors to upgrade business capabilities based on market trends and evolution.
E-commerce Platform Development
Proactively cultivate and influence e-commerce platforms to maximize business impact for Microsoft.
