Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Industrial Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a design/construction setting with Autodesk certifications in Revit and AutoCAD.
- 4 years of experience with multi phased projects or mission critical infrastructure.
- Licensed architect, recognized by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Design.
- Industry related certifications (e.g., PE, LEED AP, and/or CFM, etc.).
- Membership to AIA.
- Experience with Vendor Product Submittal Review.
- Experience with CSI Specification writing and review.
- Experience in Python or Dynamo.
