As a, you’ll have responsibility to plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality of work product, consistency across projects, and staff safety. You will also coordinate with subcontractors and internal support staff and subject matter experts. In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, and scientists to deliver complex projects across the Hampton Roads region and beyond. You will also assist in local marketing and business development, tracking of future project opportunities, lead the preparation of proposals and participate in interviews and presentations. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local. You will play a key role in the growth of our Ports and Maritime practice in Virginia and beyond.
