What You Will Do- Manage and ensure CRM (Salesforce) data governance and data completeness for EMEA commercial teams.
- Analyze sales data trends, generate insights for business reviews, and represent EMEA in global forums.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Systems teams to translate EMEA strategies into system and data improvements.
- Lead the development of KPI dashboards to monitor data compliance and track the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Data Analytics, ideally in a fast-growing tech, startup, or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and querying databases; experience in interpreting data and drawing insights.
- Expertise in building reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel/GSheets, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with R, Python, or handling large datasets for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with sales systems like Salesforce, Groove, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proven success in scaling operational processes in high-growth environments.
