• Translate key business problem statements into analysis requirements
• Write queries and output efficiently
• Convert data to make it analysis- ready through basic descriptives, aggregations, and pivots
• Implement/deploy data visualization or communication tools (e.g., metrics dashboards, weekly business review decks)
• Communicate analysis, derive insights and work with business stakeholders to understand its value

- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
