Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing technology roadmap and projects/priorities within in conjunction with corporate technology.
- Enabling cross category opportunities within the technology to develop the reach and scope of the GCWM program, optimizing benefits & efficiencies of the service.
- Managing tickets and inquiries including, but not limited to: general request inquiries, assignment updates/changes, invoicing questions/concerns, timesheet questions/concerns, reporting requests, etc.
- Demonstrating independent thinking and an initiative-taking approach to solving issues in existing technology and implement per business needs, seeking creative solutions when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvements by staying on top of new VMS functionality.
- Using analytical tools to perform analysis.
- Manage data load imports (bulk uploads of metadata).
- Liaising with teams to ensure we proactively share feedback on enhancements and system issues.
- Supporting Contingent Workforce Procurement operational activities & transactions globally, challenging levels of excellence through the full process lifecycle & optimizing Beeline usage.
- Developing internal client relationships to understand business footprint and skillset requirements, as well as resource and location strategies.
- Aligning on best practices in request, demand & workload management, installing excellence throughout the process initiation steps.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or relevant vendor management systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong project management skills including, planning, implementation as well as continued effective maintenance of details project plans.
- Ability to follow top-down instruction and big-picture strategy.
- Ability to effectively document processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive stance and inquisitive nature.
- Good problem solving and initiative skills.
- Experience in staffing industry with understanding of financial services organizations.
