Boston Scientific Digital Product Manager Cardiology

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for digital commercial solutions across the Cardiology division
  • Define and prioritize product capabilities, features, and enhancements to drive business outcomes and user value
  • Serve as subject matter expert on core BSC digital solutions and lifecycle implementation best practices
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure product value and performance; collaborate with data analysts to develop dashboards and visualizations
  • Partner with stakeholders, business leaders, and COE teams to communicate priorities, risks, and progress, including quarterly lookbacks and work-in-progress reviews
  • Facilitate cross-functional readiness for feature rollouts, ensuring delivery of supporting documentation, presentations, and training materials
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align product development with technical standards and future-state roadmaps
  • Champion a customer-first mindset by gathering and incorporating user feedback and leveraging product design resources to enhance the customer experience
  • Conduct and leverage competitive market research in partnership with COE to inform product decisions and stay current with digital health trends
  • Manage and communicate product and project status to key stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain and continuously expand knowledge of digital health, consumer wellness technologies, regulatory environments, clinical workflows, and system integration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital solutions, including mobile and/or web-based applications
  • Understanding of sales and order-to-cash business processes
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and leading Agile ceremonies
  • Ability to make data-informed product decisions using KPIs and business metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health or life sciences
  • Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, covered entity requirements, and privacy/security regulations
  • Knowledge of medical device product lifecycle and commercialization processes
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying AI-enabled solutions
  • Proficiency in data analysis or visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with SAP ECC/S4 and Salesforce.com
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
