What you'll bring:
- Technical Leadership: Lead design and architect discussions on end-to-end solutions using modern full-stack technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms to support Walmart’s digital initiatives, enabling Money Services.
- Application Development: Write clean, scalable, and high-performing code using Java, Spring Boot, and React, ensuring seamless deployment in cloud environments such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Walmart Cloud Native Platform (WCNP).
- Mentor and Guide : Act as a technical mentor for other engineers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices in coding, design patterns, and development methodologies. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and inclusivity.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Technical Strategy: Define and guide the Money Services technical roadmap, ensuring it aligns with broader company goals and product timelines.
- Quality & Security: Implement security best practices and quality assurance t high-quality standards through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement, including automation and optimization, and drive high standards in operational excellence and system observability.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
