What you'll do...
How you'll make an impact:
- products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving goals
- Building collaborative relationships with important partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs
Along your way, you'll report to a Director of Product Management.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- You have previous experience in Product Management or technical project/product management.
- You have e-commerce experience.
- You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment which is highly cross-functional.
- You have experience in returns/reverse logistics/post purchase lifecycle.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
