As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced/provenElectrical/ElectronicDesign Engineer with a detailed understanding of all aspects of electrical and electronic design.
You would be working with other specialists in the group with equipment design/integration and expect to work to tight deadlines in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Electrical / electronic control and interface design
- Electrical assembly design
- Design of electrical enclosures using Solid Edge
- Wiring harness design
- AC/DC power distribution circuit design
- Analogue and digital circuit design
- Fault finding / problem solving
- Designing critical safety circuits to comply with EN13849
- Technical report writing
- Producing engineering drawings, build and test guides.
Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum Degree inElectrical/ElectronicEngineering or equivalent
- Proven experience working in anelectrical/electronicdesign role
- Strong understanding of Machinery safety regulations and EU harmonized standards, EN60204, EN13849 essential
- Understanding of UL/NFPA regulations
- Design of safety circuits
- AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent experience
- 3D CAD experience is desired
