Role & Responsibilities
In this exciting, fast paced role as a Financial Solutions Manager, you will:
- Align closely with Cisco's Priorities and Initiatives within the sales geography.
- Main focus will be Enterprise, Commercial & Public Sector Segments in Germany Central.
- Build and maintain relationships with Cisco Sales Leaders and account managers.
- Build high level relationships with Cisco strategic partners and support the transformation to managed services / as a Service models.
- Where needed work closely together with Finance Partners on the enablement and execution of transactions
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Provide creative deal structuring for strategic sales opportunities
- Present, negotiate and close financial solutions , carry out documentation to Cisco Capital's guidelines including preparing internal paperwork necessary to turn around a financial transaction (e.g. credit application, legal term sheet etc.)
- Connect with and train Cisco colleagues and Cisco Partner account managers
- Be part of the business planning of selected accounts and strategic Cisco partners planning
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales with experience in financial solution led selling
- Sales "Hunter" : capable of developing greenfield opportunities with new customers and partners
- Confidence to build relationships up to the highest levels (especially CFOs)
- Being a strong collaborator with the flexibility and knowledge to identify and quickly develop the best structured finance solutions for Cisco, Cisco Channel partners and customers
- Good knowledge of commercial models like Pay as you Grow, Software Financing, and more traditional forms of payment over time solutions
- Understanding interdependency of financial accounts and functions and knowledge of IFRS
- Well skilled in financial mathematics, familiar with payment over time related pricing
- Excellent communication skills in German & English, both oral and in writing
- Proficient in using Salesforce, MS Office
