Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering or technical consulting, and 4 years of experience in technical leadership.
3 years of experience in people management.
2 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages.
1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing field engineering manager.
Ability craft compelling messaging and to tailor it for a given audience. Ability to mix deep technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable and useful.
