Responsibilities
- Distinguish standard vs. unique business requirements for all business processes in Plant maintenance and Quality management area, minimizing differentiation;
- Keep up to date with industry standard and benchmarks and implement process best practices to the organization;
- Deliver a harmonized global process design and ensure successful execution of process design across work streams;
- Manage a process end-to-end and continuously improve it.
- Deliver impactful results on process improvement throughout work streams and within the vision and objectives of the process.
- Good understanding of Quality Management and Plant Maintenance processes in SAP
- Ability to support data conversion activities related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance to support Philips deployments.
- Ensure alignment and execution of these projects within functional domains; Coordinate cross-sector process standardization and simplification.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience;
- Advanced English communication skills
- Conceptual thinking and analytics.
- Ability to design supporting processes for the target vision.
- Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma).
- SAP Quality Management knowledge
- SAP Plant Maintenance experience will be a plus
- Project Management experience in manufacturing industries will be a plus, preferred medical devices
- Administrative shift/Hybrid
