As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. With your expertise and leadership, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar field.

• Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like Aerospace Engineering, ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
• Hands on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
• Manufacturing experience understanding laser marking, braze processes, fixturing and tooling
• Project management experience
