SAP is looking for an analytical, solution-orientated Consultant who experienced in service coordination and project management. You will have to collaborate with other ECS internal stakeholders/ unitssuch as Technical Areas, Cross-Delivery, Managed Service Providers, and sometimes guide other roles on our portfolio, processand technical details for troubleshooting, action planning and resolution of related topics.
Service Coordination:
- Coordinate technical service delivery & experts from Technology Services team and attached supplier network and drive those topics to resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Drive service-related discussions with the customer and internal stakeholders and act as the orchestrator of experts
- Provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items
- Provide reporting on our service deliverables KPIs
- Perform RAG meeting with our suppliers.
Improvements & Project Management
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and/or tool improvements.
- Define process & service objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyse relevant KPI’s using data-driven approaches.
- Model the process and develop Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction,KnowledgeBase Articles, Wiki pages, BLOG entries etc.
- Alignment with various tool system / application owners to represent Technology Service team delivery requirements.

- You should have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliersand customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology
- Knowledge of SAP basis technologies is a plus.
- Working effectively in international and virtual teams should be something you are used to do.
