MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory, consulting, and/or industry experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of advisory, consulting, and/or industry work experience.
Must have 4 years of combined experience in one or more of the following supply chain and operational areas that impact the supply chain function: assessments, supply chain strategy, operating model design, distribution/logistics, network optimization, inventory management, procurement and sourcing, lean-six sigma, sales and operations planning, or operations cost reduction.
Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.
Must have 4 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and Senior Managers in Power Point.
Must have 2 years of experience with conducting and delivering supply chain analytical results.
Must have 2 years of experience managing staff on projects and providing direction to team members.
Must have facilitated at least 4 multifunctional workshops.
