Your Role and Responsibilities- Serve as an administrator for the organization’s e-payment system, including CMS and ATM/POS switches.
- Manage transaction monitoring, ensuring smooth operation of banking transaction flows and resolving any disruptions promptly.
- Configure, add, and modify devices on the switch, maintaining a seamless interface with connected networks, banks, and other financial systems.
- Perform financial End-of-Day and End-of-Year procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Trace, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ATMs and POS devices in a timely manner.
- Generate and manage payment files for customers, ensuring data accuracy and secure transactions.
- Develop SQL queries to extract and compile reports and requirement files from the switch database.
- Support innovation efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement within the e-payment modules.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong experience with UNIX/Linux systems, including administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in AIX (Advanced Interactive eXecutive) and UNIX-based environments.
- Solid understanding and experience with SQL and Oracle databases for generating reports and managing e-payment transaction data.
- Familiarity with ISO 8583 protocol and bitmap standards, particularly in payment systems and card processing.
- Knowledge of CMS (Card Management Systems) and card processing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATM/POS switch management and handling backend/frontend applications.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Tieto or other real-time e-payment processing solutions.
- Familiarity with financial end-of-period procedures and data archiving, backup, and restoration.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in interpreting and managing transaction data.
