Key areas of responsibilities include:
Develop and drive global DSP operating plans with partners, and coordinate internal cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to drive action against milestones
Orchestrate the deployment and launch of new operating plans in alignment with strategy to add new global demand partners
Use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making; proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results
Lead stakeholders through monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor metrics, track successes, and enable accountability against core deliverables and milestones
Establish and refine mechanisms and processes to ensure effective partner operations with Netflix during weekly practitioner stakeholder calls; manage day-to-day escalations and execution of partner plans
Develop initiatives to streamline Netflix’s programmatic advertising workflows, leveraging operational health metrics to enhance speed-to-spend via DSP partners
Drive clarity on operating model to support the deployment of new transaction models and buy-types, features, and pushing always-on deals through CTV marketplaces
Share operational best practices globally for maximum efficiency and impact
Spearhead the deployment and enablement of CTV Marketplaces within DSPs by coordinating cross-functional launch deliverables and streamlining activation processes to ensure operational efficiency for programmatic operations teams
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles; business development, sales/account management, or partner management experience, with a track record of managing and growing complex business relationships at global scale.
Deep understanding of ad tech and programmatic advertising, industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape.
Experience analyzing data and developing best practices to assess partner performance.
