Netflix DSP Partner Operations Manager

Key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Develop and drive global DSP operating plans with partners, and coordinate internal cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to drive action against milestones

  • Orchestrate the deployment and launch of new operating plans in alignment with strategy to add new global demand partners

  • Use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making; proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results

  • Lead stakeholders through monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor metrics, track successes, and enable accountability against core deliverables and milestones

  • Establish and refine mechanisms and processes to ensure effective partner operations with Netflix during weekly practitioner stakeholder calls; manage day-to-day escalations and execution of partner plans

  • Develop initiatives to streamline Netflix’s programmatic advertising workflows, leveraging operational health metrics to enhance speed-to-spend via DSP partners

  • Drive clarity on operating model to support the deployment of new transaction models and buy-types, features, and pushing always-on deals through CTV marketplaces

  • Share operational best practices globally for maximum efficiency and impact

  • Spearhead the deployment and enablement of CTV Marketplaces within DSPs by coordinating cross-functional launch deliverables and streamlining activation processes to ensure operational efficiency for programmatic operations teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles; business development, sales/account management, or partner management experience, with a track record of managing and growing complex business relationships at global scale.

  • Deep understanding of ad tech and programmatic advertising, industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape.

  • Experience analyzing data and developing best practices to assess partner performance.
