Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team between 6 to max. 15 people, ensuring full responsibility for team performance and execution in accordance with defined KPI‘s and Stream strategy
  • Monitor daily the international mobility / relocation requests and related areas service delivery, vendor management, team’s performance, ensure direct reports meet their individual tasks, deadlines and deliver according to established standards.
  • Ensure team’s management including, coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing development action plans
  • Act as first escalation level and solve issues as quickly as possible, including root cause analysis and process improvement based on findings.
  • Replicate best practices across countries within the team and ensure that process documentation is continuously updated.
  • Ensure that the projects and processes are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures along with all legislative compliance requirements.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and proactively work to identify and implement efficiency improvements. Support internal & external audits.
  • Build & maintain long-term relationships with internal or external customers & key stakeholders (e.g., HR Directors, COEs, CBE, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Data, H2R HXM, etc.).
  • Support implementation of HR Services Strategy regarding tools, programs, and processes
  • Participate in internal and cross functional projects as required.
  • Create and implement realistic goals for the team in alignment with GBS strategy.
  • Develop and implement best practices, monitor and improve key performance indicators and SLA metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of any private employee information, any proprietary information and ensure process wise information is secure.
  • Create ad hoc reports/ reporting and analyze data, both for internal management as required and for external authorities / agencies to meet legal obligations.
  • Support and actively participate in the recruiting process for own team
  • Prepare and support new team members functional onboarding and integration in the team and company culture
  • Ensure good relationships with stakeholders and the global functional Team on a proactive basis as well as crossfunctional stakeholders and monitor customer
  • Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the defined SLAs and ensuring that the team KPIs are maintained, achieved an reported correctly and on a timely manner
  • Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues, as needed
  • Problem analysis and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems and tools and perform quality check on the work output of the team
  • Perform or ensure day-to-day and period end processing responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards (e.g. desktop procedures, audit)
  • Monitor of work requests and allocation (ticketing and e-mails)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with an ability to navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety of functions, audiences, etc.
  • Previous experience in leading and managing operational HR teams
  • Ability to lead by example and prioritize team’s workload to provide excellent customer experience, having a high-volume administration to execute
  • Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
  • Timely and complete achievement of set goals, while maintaining appropriate quality of parameters
  • Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust, and perseverance.
  • Taking responsibility for solving problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
  • Curious and growth mindset, keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious
  • Solid knowledge in HR topics, such as: Immigration, International Mobility, HR Administration (hiring, international taxation, compensation and benefits, mobility)
  • Good understanding of legal regulations for several European countries
  • Experience with SAP and good knowledge of HR Systems like, development tools, performance tools, etc.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in HR/Business Administration or similar
  • 5+ years of overall work experience in HR Operations/Services
  • Previous experience in Mobility/Relocation area is a strong advantage
  • Proven work experience in people management
  • Fluent in English
  • Broad and deep understanding of job function
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
