Your Role and Responsibilities
A natural at inspiring and motivating others, you’ll support multi-skilled teams of exceptional sales and technical talent to identify, qualify and develop ‘trusted-advisor’ relationships with their clients. The results of which will persuade them to invest in our contemporary cloud, data, AI, and automation offerings.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Tech Sales and Technical Expertise: Blend tech sales expertise with technical knowledge for trusted client engagements.
- Revenue Planning: Create plans for new and recurring revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships with success measures such as NPS, C-SAT, and ARR.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Tech Sales Expertise: Proficiency in tech sales, especially in cloud, data, AI, security, storage, and automation.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills to align technology solutions with business value.
- Sales Target Overachievement: Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding complex sales quotas.
- Excellent People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for networking with c-suite executives and closing deals.
- Agile Sales Methods: Ability to apply agile and contemporary sales methods for swift delivery and product focus.
- Practical architecture and design with Integration, B2B & API technologies.
- Competency in various languages (e.g. Java, C/C++, Node.js, Python, R, Swift, .NET) and knowledge of J2EE.
- Consulting management role including, business development, mentoring, technology solutions development and relationship management.
- Experience with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies (API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, Azure, GCP, AWS)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with IBM’s Products and Services: Familiarity with IBM’s product suite and services (training on IBM’s Automation offerings will be provided).
