This role is both creative and data driven – we need someone who can understand our current pain points, isolate improvement opportunities, help us think big about what to consider in terms of localization, scalability, commodity management, and long term automation. You will also be responsible for producing insights and creating roadmap that will help shape effective strategies to better meet our customers’ needs. You will work closely with internal teams, and partners across the grocery business line and other partner teams in these areas.Key job responsibilities
The leader would work closely with tech teams, leaderships, and business stakeholders to get the products designed and delivered. Some responsibilities include:
a) Create and own product roadmaps
b) Contribute or own vision docd) Own tradeoff decisions and resource planning
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Master's degree
- Experience in data analytics and data engineering
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
