- Lead and guide technicians by planning, prioritizing, assigning and executing daily builds and tasks- Assemble mechanical and electrical satellite components, sub-assemblies, and integration assemblies, fabricating and/or processing materials into complex manufactured products, and operating testing equipment and tooling, all in a Cleanroom and ESD control environment.
- Lead process work and review output for quality and adherence to standards and procedures
- Driving and developing departmental continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation.Export Control Requirement:A day in the lifeRedmond, WA, USA

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant aerospace manufacturing experience
- 4+ years of hands-on work experience Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/ or Harness Integration experience
- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware
- 4+ years of hand on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches)Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times 1st shift: 7AM-3:30PM
- Shift will vary, depending on program needs
- Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
- Able to lift-up to 25lbs. unassisted

- 2+ years of experience leading technicians in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environment
- Experience in an ambiguous, fast-paced production environment
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- A demonstrated ability in reading/writing/creating/understanding technical drawings, work instructions, test plans and standard operating procedures
- Detailed knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing and satellite components
- Ability to use a wide variety of precision measuring and testing instruments
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
