Description
We’re looking for a Manager with great interpersonal skills, who is passionate about driving improvements in organization process, communication and tooling. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders across ASE and partners in Services, bringing the right players together to solve problems and develop scalable solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:• Partnering with executive leaders to establish operational rhythm of business and strategic projects• Leading a team of program managers to meet the highest priority needs • Establishing organizational tools and reporting to inform decision making • Driving adoption and measuring the impact of standard practices and tools across the organization • Identifying areas for improvement and turning them into action • Managing organizational change
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years+ of direct people management experience, ideally as part of a technical organization
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, Org Operations Manager, Business Manager role
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships and work well with a wide variety of people across functions and levels
- A business-minded strategic planner with experience in data analysis and budget management
- Experience planning and driving virtual or in person team events
- Experience managing large, complex problems in a global team
- Strong sense of professionalism; able to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools preferred
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,900 and $281,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
