Qualifications
Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8 or more years leading large-scale, technology focused programs
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at the director and VP level.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
Extensive experience in managing highly visible, complex programs with numerous dependencies across multiple teams or product lines.
Strong technical aptitude, extensive knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and iterative environment, embracing ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
CSM, agile training and agile experience preferred
