The role involves working in a dedicated team of programmers/analysts to liaise with Researchers to understand their research strategies and ensure their needs around analytics, metrics, forecasting and reporting are being met. You will initiate and maintain online (CAWI), telephone (CATI) and face to face (CAPI) social and market research projects, including scripting and management of questionnaires.

To be considered for this role you will have the following technical competencies:
- At least 3+ years’ experience working in the market research industry
- Strong practical experience in market research survey programming for online (CAWI), telephone (CATI) and face-to-face interviewing (CAPI)
- Analysis experience with SPSS, Q Professional, Power BI and Qualtrics
- Functional working knowledge of Python and Java Script
- Ability to work to deadlines across multiple engagements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Numeracy skills/ be a logical thinker
Additionally, the following skills are not essential but will be highly regarded and contribute greatly to your success in this role:
- Experience programming CAWI in Acuity and Qualtrics
- Experience programming CATI in Voxco
- Experience using SurveyToGo for CAPI
- Web design: CSS/HTML/Flash/Silverlight/ JavaScript
- SQL Database experience
- Experience writing R, Visual Basic scripts
- An interest in writing macros
- Experience working with research panels on projects with complex sampling methodologies
- Experience with Displayr
- An understanding of the requirements of ISO 20252
- Experience with large organisational 360 EX feedback programmes
- Experience working on large transport XM programmes

The minimum annual salary for this position is $92,000 super inclusive.
