Your Impact

• Design, develop and implement highly scalable software features on our next-generation security platform as part of Prisma Access

• Work with different development and quality assurance groups to achieve best in quality software

• Suggest and implement improvements to the development process

• Work with DevOps and the Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues

• Interview, mentor and coach new team members

Your Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure roles.

• Experience with one or more cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and their technologies (Lambda functions, SNS/SQS etc.)

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals, operators, controllers, RBAC, service discovery, and workload scheduling.

• Strong knowledge of databases SQL, NoSQL, Time series, GraphDB etc.

• Extensive hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, Java/JavaScript

• Solid understanding of networking concepts like ingress controllers, service meshes.

• Strong leadership skills with a can-do attitude

• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fast learner and eager to absorb new emerging technologies

Education:

• M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between: $191,000 - $215,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
